All requests for function space (including social functions, sales meetings, group meetings, etc.) must be submitted via the function space request form. Requests for function space cannot be made directly with Paris/Bally's Las Vegas or any other hotels used to house COSM attendees.

Companies and organizations may not conduct, participate in, or sponsor any educational or marketing activities directed toward COSM participants during times that conflict with scientific sessions or educational activities of any COSM society. Therefore, morning meetings must conclude by 8:00 am and evening functions may not begin before 5:00 pm.

All requests for function space are subject to approval by the COSM Secretaries Liaison Committee.
